This assessment helps you spot patterns in how work gets done, where operational friction may be coming from and what may be worth investigating next.
The wording reflects your role and the part of the business you know. Your answers also shape what comes next: the number of questions you see, and which ones apply, are worked out as you go rather than fixed in advance, so the length can vary from one assessment to another.
Your findings will reflect your answers and perspective. They can highlight useful signals and gaps in visibility, but they are not a verified diagnosis or a maturity score.
If you don't know an answer, choose Don't know. That can itself be useful in showing where the business has limited visibility.
It takes around 10 to 15 minutes. Your progress is saved, and you can go back without losing your answers.
What this assessment can and cannot tell you
This free assessment represents one person's view. It cannot compare your answers with other people in the business, observe how work happens, inspect documents, systems or data, or ask follow-up questions in the way a consultant can. Treat the findings as evidence-based areas to investigate, not confirmed conclusions.
